269-seat dashboard + treaty processing
World Council module live. Each of 269 seats can be claimed by ministers, kings, presidents. Treaty signing flow. Multilingual session transcript engine.

7 department modules + Investment Bank Cycle 1 deal flow
All 7 governance modules operational. Investment Bank reviews first batch of 269 economic projects. Court of Cultural Justice handles first cases.
2029
Multi-continent infrastructure + sovereignty bridge
AI Hub deployed across 3 continents. Open-weight models on UC infrastructure for non-sensitive workloads. First continental village node live.
2030
UC City 2030 opens · intergovernmental recognition
UC AI Hub becomes the operational system of UC City 2030. First World Council session held in the new city. UC formally recognised as intergovernmental body. Cycle 2 begins.
Beyond Cycle 1
Cycles 2 through 6 · 2030 to 2050
After UC City 2030 opens, UC builds one new city every 5 years. By 2050 — five cities across five continents, each running UC AI Hub as their operating system, connected by UC's own satellite constellation and inter-continental spacecraft.
