A consumer chatbot. A marketing website. A tool that rents AI from Silicon Valley forever. An English-first platform with translation bolted on. A single-server, single-cloud, single-jurisdiction system. Subject to any single nation's content policy.
Build philosophy
Built today as the system of 2050
UC operates in 5-year cycles. Cycle 1 ends 2030 with the opening of UC City. Cycles 2 through 6 deliver continental villages, sovereign AI, satellite constellations, cultural foundation models — culminating in 2050 with UC operating as a fully sovereign cultural civilization.
